COVID Returns:
We aim to make our products as versatile and user friendly as possible. However, due to the hygienic nature of our products we do not offer returns or exchanges during the COVID- 19 Pandemic.
Returns:
Our regular return policy is a 14-day exchange or money back guaranteed service. To be eligible for a return, customers assume all responsibility of costs associated with returning items such as shipping fees and postage. All items must be in the original packaging and condition. In the event of a lost package, customer must provide with proof of delivery. All exchanges can be done with equal or lesser value. All refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original purchase payment method. The refund will be issued once we have received the package and deemed acceptable. We will notify customers via email once we have received the item and thereafter, once the exchange or return has been refunded, we will confirm via email method.
